1. Engaged Chest Crunch : its important to keep your shoulders off the ground And back on the ground. A beginner alternative would be to practice crunches without holding weight above you.
2. Kneeling transition press : as you rise into a kneeling position control your twist as you press. keep your core tight. A beginner alternative would be to hold a kneeling position and practice the twist without weight.
3. V Sit Alt Press : keep your chest up and core tight. A beginner alternative would be bicycle crunches or a v sit hold.
4. Double Press Squat : make sure you sit back in your heels keep your core tight. The press at the bottom takes a lot of core stability. a beginner alternative would be to practice squats with the landmine and a press at the top.
