On the way to teach today and this beautiful street was just too perfect to pass up for a little yoga handstand play. Make no mistake this isn’t practice, this is a demo just for fun. Yoga practice will always be a sincere spiritual pursuit aimed at the depth of the inner experience. So, you may ask, why post this? Why not just do yoga in a cave?

I don’t have any answer except that this brings me joy. I’m not a renunciate. I still have my human foibles and faults. If this offends you, count this as one of my many imperfections. But if this inspires even one person to practice yoga, then it’s worth it to me. If it brings at least one person a little joy, that’s enough for me.
