Yogi breakfast. How many berries do you see? All these fruits are organically grown in Denmark. I bought them at a local market the same day they were picked and carried them home in biodegradable (non-plastic) containers. The next best thing would have been to grow and pick them myself! Seriously though, once you try the summer berries of Scandinavia you’ll never be able to go back. I’ve yet to try a cloudberry but I’m on the hunt. Never heard of cloudberries? They are the stuff of myths! These amber colored berries native to the alpine and arctic tundra are packed with vitamins and have a sweet pleasing taste with a mild vanilla aroma. If you’re coming to my class in Sweden and you have some, please share ?
