The Shibuya crossing is the busiest in Japan and maybe also the world. At its peak over 1000 people cross in all directions on each turn of the light. People say this epitomizes Japan, with its combination of elegance, agility and grace amidst such a high traffic area.

We took the bullet train to Tokyo yesterday and spent the afternoon as tourists wandering around exploring and shopping. I found the coolest pair of vegan wedges!

My favorite thing to do in a new city is try local vegan food, go shopping for locally produced items and of course do some yoga in the streets. I've eaten hijiki, noodle soup, rice crackers, tempura and Tofu. Is there anything else Japanese that's vegan that I absolutely must try? We are thinking about seeing a Kabuki show tomorrow. Is there anything else in Tokyo that we absolutely must see?

Before you ask, I'm not teaching in Tokyo this time. Hopefully next trip 🙏 I'd love to film for @omstarsofficial in Japan! What a cool episode of the Global Yogi would that be?
