Sometimes it's the simple things that are easy to take for granted. But when you think about it more, it's the simple things that really matter the most. It's how you show up for the ordinary moments of your life that really make all the difference. It's about how you spend the casual moments when nothing fancy is going on that make true intimacy. Remember to appreciate how nice it feels to just lie around in sweatpants watching Netflix, with no need for anything than to just be yourself. Like when your body jus relaxes around someone because the way they do something so simple like make a cup of tea is just everything. That's something to celebrate. That's some to be grateful for. That's love ?

Today I am so grateful for my love @timfeldmannyoga who came to pick me up in the airport. He's leaving in just three days to leave for India and I don't want him to go. ?
