I just had to order the Arroz de Pato @restaurante_tia_alice, a classic country dish that inspired the Duck Rice we’ve served at @aldeanyc since the day we opened in 2009 :) So rustic and full of all things duck. Enhanced with chouriço and bacon, it was a powerful punch of flavor. The dish was served alongside a simple green salad with bursting ripe tomatoes, for a touch of brightness and acidity #arrozdepato #rusticcooking
