Our first stop on the way to my family’s village in the north was the holy city of Fátima. We had an excellent lunch at Tia Alice (@restaurante_tia_alice), which a guest @aldeanyc had recommended. Open since 1988, it serves delicious traditional Portuguese dishes in a classic setting. I loved the hand-painted porcelain by local artist Joaquim; so playful and fun.
