This rice dish blew my mind. Carolina rice was cooked along with shrimp, but Chef André Magalhães’ (@mestrandreh) technique of incorporating puréed Velvethorn seaweed took it to a whole other level. It added a creaminess without any fat and an intense oceanic flavor. A touch of chile finished it off. Amazing. #Portugal #Lisbon
