This morning we stopped into the famous and very popular Manteigaria (@manteigaria) in the Chiado district for Pastéis de Nata. The little and narrow shop was set up with the register and pick up in front, and the production/baking in back. Behind the glass enclosed kitchen were enormous deck ovens where dozens and dozens of piping hot, crispy, lava-centered custards came out of.
