Day 28 #DetoxYoBody is Navasana, Boat Pose. Engage the pelvic floor and suck the lower belly in. Inwardly rotate the hips and activate the quads, while pulling the legs in to allow them to lift. Keep space between the ribs and the hips, gaze at the toes. Repeating Navasana fove times increases the physical challenge and the internal fire. Check @beachyogagirl for another option.
