Day 27 #DetoxYoBody is Kapotasana. This feel backbend is one of the most challenging poses of the Ashtanga Yoga Intermediate Series. The key is to go slowly and not rush the journey at all. Follow healthy back bending technique and only move into the pose if you feel there is space between the joints of the spine the hips and shoulders. Keep the belly sucked in, the thighs firm, the shoulders externally only rotated elbows in line with the shoulders and the mind calm and meditative.
