A: The ability to search a hashtag and see all the posts associated with that is probably the best use for us. Particularly on gamedays when there is a high volume of fan-generated content, it makes our job much easier to be able to quickly see what is being posted and respond to it. Liking fan photos and commenting on their posts in which they proudly show off their Ravens pride is an important way for us to interact with our fans across the platform. It’s much easier to do these things through Iconosquare than it is natively on Instagram. Also, since Instagram analytics are limited, we look at data about our account provided by Iconosquare to help get a sense of the bigger picture. ________________________________________Q: How do you measure your brand influence on Instagram? A: We track our engagement rates (likes, comments) and follower count week to week and month to month to see what content is performing well, and what sort of things our fans are looking to see.
