A: Extremely relevant. Shake Shack food is very photogenic and lends well to the photo-focused platform. There are currently 264,000 photos with #shakeshack on Instagram. We have so many creative and talented guests, so we love cultivating the Shake Shack community by sharing their photos, artwork and more on our account. ________________________________________Q: How often are you using Direct Message to contact your fans? A: We receive many #shackfan submissions through Direct Messages, but otherwise we mostly use it to contact contest winners.
