A: We have held one Instameet event, and are planning another soon, to help us gauge what our fans want to see in our feed. Using Iconosquare, I have been able to engage with our fans (who are not followers) by identifying #baylor and other hashtags. ________________________________________Q: When posting a media, what is your Like/Comment threshold that makes it acceptable? A: Typically, around 7%+ overall engagement rate is considered a win for us. We gladly trade off more comments for likes, as we continue to push our fans to stay connected with the @bayloruniversity IG account. ________________________________________Q: Work aside, what are your 3 accounts you recommend following? A: We follow many university accounts (keeping up with the competition!) and enjoy the work of @uwmadison. Their team has worked with us in the past to help us build our account following.
