Day 27 #BeStrongin2015 is Ardha Vrksasana, Half Handstand/Handstnad Tuck. When I first started learning handstand technique this is the first place that I found the stability and balance for a straight handstand. Since the tuck position ensures that you engage your core and press up with the shoulders, it also ensures that you avoid using the spinal arch to compensate for lack of strength. Try it against the wall if it seems impossible for now. Be patient, it took me years of practice.  All that matters is that you get stronger every day.
