Day 25 #BeStrongin2015 is Grasshopper. This fun arm balance is a great hip opener to prepare for the integrated strength for leg behind the head arm balances. Use the external rotation of your hip joint to situate your foot as close to the armpit as possible. Then actively press the foot down into the upper arm while pivoting just forward enough in the shoulders to transfer your weight into arms. Track the elbows in line with the shoulders and maintain a firm connection into your shoulder girdle.
