Day 22 #BeStrongin2015 is Mukta Hasta Sirsasana B, Unsupported Headstand. This variation is easier than it looks. If you are stable in a tripod headstand and can go up without jumping then you’ll be able to do this variation as well. The key to this posture is to maintain conscious activation of the shoulder girdle even while the hands are flipped over. Keep the elbows straight and use the reverse side of the fingertips to press into the ground. Tighten the core and draw your energy upwards along the central axis.
