Day 21 #BeStrongin2015 is Bujapidasana, Arm Pressure Posture. This is the first arm balance of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga and it is a challenge for strength, endurance and flexibility. To start off try stepping on your hands while keeping the wrists flat. For more advanced lift your body up off the ground while you cross the feet in the air.
