One of the things I love about teaching yoga is when a student catches the inspiration to go on the inner journey of self discovery and healing that is the essence of the practice. Then there are some who have the energy and enthusiasm to share the message of yoga in their communities by building up interest one class, one student at a time. I am so grateful to every student and teacher of yoga all over the world, you are the reason this powerful lineage is alive today.
