Day 6 #justbepresent is Vrksasana, Tree Posture. This standing posture helps externally rotate the hip join while keeping the knee safe. It's a great first step or modification along the way to the half lotus posture, Ardha Baddha Padmottanasna. Balance is the key so remember to root down into your pelvic floor, lift the thigh of the standing leg up into the pelvis and press into the base of the big toe.
