Day 5 #justbepresent is Baddha Konasana. One of the first places that I store tension is in the inner thighs. Holding Baddha Konasana for longer than five breaths helps create space in the hip joints and gives the mind time to relax and release. Anytime you hold a posture longer its like a meditation and gives you time to drop your attention inwards. Check @beachyogagirl for another option.
