Day 8 #justbepresent is Side Plank, often called Vashishtasana. The key to this posture is all about the core, don't joke the hips, instead stabilize them by engaging the pelvic floor and the abs. Use the external rotation of the hip to lift the leg. Keep the shoulders strong but remember that the whole body is lifting itself. Check @beachyogagirl for another option.
