Day 3 #BalanceBasics in Digasana, this Standing Posture connects the legs into the core and builds a good sense of balance. The foundation of the posture comes from the standing leg--keep the quad engaged, press down through the base of the big toe, the little toe and the heel. Keep your gaze locked on a single point of attention. When lifting the extended leg keep the low belly drawn in and the abs firm.
