Day 2 #BalanceBasics is Downward Facing Dog. This foundational posture sets up the connection to your pelvic floor which is the seat of all balance. Pivot deeply int the hip joints, release back muscles and keep the legs as straight as possible. Use it as a half way point between extension and flexion.
