Day 30 #shesgotlegs is Yoganidrasana, Yogi's Sleep Posutre. This is the grand crescendo, the deepest leg behind the posture of the challenge. Lying down might make it easier to work with the legs but the reason Dwi Pada comes first is that you need the strength to support your back from the core to safely place the legs behind the head. If you start off reclining you might not engage the core enough to protect the lower back. So... Please engage the core while attempting this and avoid crunching or rounding too much to try to get the legs behind the head. Congrats for making it this far!!!!!
