Day 29 #shesgotlegs is Dwi Pada Sirsasana, both legs behind the head. I just want to say that I am really inspired by everyone's posts over the last few days. Thank you all for sharing your journey! It's easy to post the pics where you look good but I respect everyone who is posting their best efforts. I am also inspired by how many people have been surprised that their leg is anywhere near behind the head. Good work everyone! And this is just one month. Keep it up over a year or ten years and imagine where you'll be ? The key with getting both legs behind the head is to keep the neck in place holding the first leg while you bring the second.
