So happy to share this Vegan Raspberry Banana Bliss recipe by Jillian and Nicole from @peopleofthewild Bottom Layer: 1/2 frozen banana, 1/4 almond milk, 1/4 cup wild mixed berries, Pour into cup <3 Middle Layer: 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp hemp hearts, 1/3 cup almond milk, Optional: Maca powder & protein, Add 3/4 of this mix to the cup & leave a little in the blender for the top layer <3 Top layer: Add 1/4 cup mixed pink berries (raspberries & strawberries) to remaining middle layer in blender, Optional: 1/2 tsp. chia seed!
