Day 28 #shesgotlegs is Kasyapasana from Ashtanga Yoga third series. While this is technically a more advanced asana many people find the reclining versions of legs behind the head easier because the ground supports the back and balance. Just like in Eka Pada Sirsasana the key to the posture is in keeping the belly sucked in, the pelvic floor firm and allowing the motion to come from deep within the hip socket.
