One of the things that most inspired me about this challenge is how openly and honestly everyone who participated shared their journey over the last month. I know how hard it is to get your legs behind your head as a student myself and as a teacher helping people. I loved when students in my workshops would want to do the challenge pose with me or haver assist them with the posture. For everyone who participated every day please keep practicing!
