Emotional Balance is my top New Year’s Resolution. I recently wrote a blog about it for Huffington Post (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kino-macgregor/emotional-intelligence_b_4366236.html). No matter where I am in the world or what I’m doing the inner quality of my state of mind is reflected in my life experience. If I lose my calm, centered focus the the world can sometimes be overwhelming, but if I’m able to keep my own emotional balance then the world around me is always beautiful and joyful.
