Handstands and sunsets in Miami are two of my favorite things in the world. Sunsets don’t require any work, just look up at the sky and appreciate their ephemeral beauty. Handstands, on the other hand, require patience, determination, dedication and practice. But just like the sun rises and sets each day you have all the days of your life to practice yoga. Sometimes all you have to do to enjoy the challenge is look within at all the beauty you contain and appreciate its eternal beauty.
