Do you ever feel like you’re repeating the same thing over and over? Like the scene changes but the essence of things remains the same. Same problems, same issues, same hopes, same heartbreak.

Well, if that’s the case you’re in the midst of a learning cycle. You’ll repeat the lessons over and over for as long as need to break free of the knot that binds you to that cycle. In Sanskrit these patterns are called samskaras.

Don’t beat yourself if you find yourself repeating a lesson. Sometimes an old pattern presents itself just so that you can demonstrate mastery over it. How do you that? That’s easy. Experience the same thing and choose to respond differently.
