HOW TO STAY HYDRATED DURING THE SWEAT CHALLENGE
Right now I'm seeing so many women in the #BBGcommunity smashing their workouts and making lots of delicious and healthy meals. But there is one thing A LOT of people forget - which is key to a healthy lifestyle - and that is HYDRATION. Being properly hydrated will help your body to function at its absolute best. When you are dehydrated, you can start to feel tired, you fatigue during the day, and you can even feel hungrier than usual. But, by simply increasing your daily water intake you can start to notice huge improvements in how you feel.

So, how much water should you be drinking? There's a quick formula you can use as a guide: ⁣

⁣💧 Firstly, convert your bodyweight to pounds, ie:⁣ 70 kilos = 154 pounds⁣
💧 Then, divide that number by 2 (e.g. divide 154 by 2 = 77⁣)
💧 THAT number (77 in this example) is how many fluid ounces of water you should be drinking in a day.

I want you to calculate RIGHT NOW how much water you should be drinking.⁣

I know that a lot of people can struggle to drink enough water and need something a little more exciting to stay hydrated. First up, get yourself a good drink bottle. If you find water boring, or you prefer the taste of soda, here are some things you can add to your water so that you feel like you’re drinking something delicious. 😍

👉Lemon or lime
👉Mint and Cucumber
👉Orange and Grapefruit
👉Strawberries and Blueberries
