MY GOALS!

Something I do every year (usually during Sweat Challenges) is set a goal for myself to achieve. 💪
For this Sweat Challenge, my goal is to increase my lower-body strength, so I'm making sure that I get my lower-body workouts like this one done each week, and I'm also adding an express legs workout each week.

Last #SweatChallenge, I wanted to do 350 ab bikes in a row (swipe once to see me achieve my goal 😜) and when I returned to training after having Arna, one of my biggest goals was to do 15 pull ups in a row (swipe twice to see how I went!).

Another one of my goals for this challenge is to show up on IG Live and do a workout with you ladies every week. So far we've already done two together, and they were SO good. You can check them out on my IGTV if you missed them, and make sure you tune in this Monday for the next one!

Something that you might notice is that my goals are usually about some kind of physical achievement. That is because I LOVE testing myself physically and pushing myself to grow stronger. I feel SO empowered when I work towards something, and I achieve something I haven't been able to do before. But as I've said before, this challenge should be all about you. We all went into this challenge for different reasons, many of you will have goals that aren't physical and that's great too!!
