If one of your goals for the Sweat Challenge is to eat more vegetables, I’m going to tell you one of my favourite ways to incorporate extra vegetables in my diet, and also Arna's!  I literally ALWAYS hide vegetables in my pasta sauce, I just grate them up and add them in! I started doing this when Arna was younger because it was safe for her to eat and made the meal much more nutritious, and I’ve been doing it ever since.   Pasta sauce is perfect for hiding vegetables because it tastes good with every type of vegetable (almost, haha). I love grating up whatever vegetables I have in my fridge, such as zucchinis, carrots and mushrooms. These all taste delicious and the best part is, it’s SUCH a quick and easy meal to make. This is how I make it:  ✅ Boil your choice of pasta in a pot with a pinch of salt (a big pinch!) ✅ While your pasta is boiling, fry some onion and garlic in a pan with some olive oil. ✅ Add your protein to the pan, I usually use lean beef mince in my pasta, but you could use vegetarian options (such as lentils) too.  ✅ Add seasoning - I love using oregano, salt, pepper, and chilli (I leave the chilli out for Arna) ✅ Then grate your choice of veggies and add to the pan with some crushed canned tomatoes or napolitana sauce. ✅ Once cooked, add in your cooked pasta with some fresh herbs if you have them.  There are so many other types of meals where you can add extra vegetables. Some of my favourites are burger patties, lasagne, curries and homemade pizzas.
