In @Sweat you can adjust the difficulty level of your program by moving to ‘Challenge Me’ if you want to make it harder, or change to ‘Starting Out’ if you are finding your workouts too difficult.  👉Modify your workouts. Tonight I’m going to post a video showing you exactly how you can make your workouts easier. You can reduce the number of reps of your exercises if you’re finding them too difficult, or modify them to make them easier. If you want to make your workouts harder you can add more reps, or add a jump to an exercise.   👉Change your schedule. Add another rest day if you are feeling too sore OR add another optional express workout or challenge workout to your week if you are wanting to add more.   👉Adjust your goals. An example of this could be, if one of your goals was to be able to complete five push ups in a row on your feet, and you already feel like you can achieve that, then make it 10, 15 - or 20!   Remember, it’s ABSOLUTELY fine to make changes or modifications during the challenge. It’s designed to suit YOU and how you are feeling, so that you can smash your 2021 goals!
