SUNDAY NIGHT WIND DOWN
Ladies you’ve made it to the end of the first week of the Sweat Challenge and I’m SO proud of you. 🙌 By now your muscles might be feeling sore, and you'll probably find you just need some time to relax before another busy week ahead.

Sunday nights are the perfect time to switch off your devices, have a nice cup of herbal tea, and you can try a relaxing wind down routine like this one. I always find that when I do a night time stretch or yoga session I am able to fall asleep so much easier and feel well rested the next day.

✅ Abs to Child's Pose - 10 reps⁣
✅ Glutes (Pigeon) - 80 sec (40 per side)⁣
✅ Obliques - 40 sec (20 per side)⁣
✅ Narrow to Wide Hip Flexor - 80 sec (40 per side)⁣
✅ Calf Walkout - 20 reps (10 per side)⁣
