- 12 x Single Leg Hip Thrust (each leg)
- 15 x Straight Leg Raises (each leg)
- 12 x Sumo Squat Pulses
- 12 x Frog Pumps
- 12 x Donkey Kicks (each leg)

I’ve set Sumo Pulses and Frog pumps at 12 reps but if you’re after more of a booty burn feel free to increase this up to 30. Set. Those. Glutes. On. FIRE 🔥
