It’s so easy to skip stretching after your workout, trust me I do it too and my goodness I can feel the difference when I forgo this post-workout routine 😅 The other day I posted on my Instagram story, asking what content you would like to see from me and a post-workout stretching routine was requested so HERE IT IS! I wanted to share this simple stretching routine which can be done post-workout to assist with recovery. This is a basic full body stretching routine, if you would like specific stretching routines or even warm up routines comment below!
