South Africa and the incredible people I have met on this @aesouthafrica retreat will always have a special place in my heart. Riding in the tray of the Bakkie (Ute) has become my preferred method of transport and all selfies now need to Include at least one giraffe 🦒Each day we got to train in beautiful locations and eat delicious food. We grew together as a team from challenging workouts to cruising the canals on the party boat, making memories I will never forget.
