Sunday’s are for rest, beach and @beforeyouspeakcoffee 💕 Factoring in recovery time is such an important part of your training routine. Make sure to listen to your body and give yourself time to rest so that your body can replenish energy stores, repair damaged tissue and just so you can straight up chill out 😂 Right now I’m training 6 days per week, with Sunday’s as a rest day. I drink @beforeyouspeakcoffee errryday, no rest day required 😎☕️
