Whenever you perform squats or lunges it’s important for you do be aware of how your body is moving. Make sure your are pushing your hips back and not just down. Keep your chest, head and shoulders back. Perform each exercise for 30-60seconds with minimal rest! Don’t forget to do BOTH SIDES for 3&4!
