🌸an AB-solutely fun circuit for you🌸

(I’m not the best at puns, although I adore them. 😂)

heres a quick workout I did using only one dumbbell!💪🏼

I did 3 rounds of this circuit in place of my workout and my abs were sorta torn in the end 💀
⠀
1️⃣oblique twists (keeping my legs raised up for an extra challenge) - 10 reps per side
⠀
2️⃣dumbbell crunch - 10 reps
⠀
3️⃣dynamic side plank (raising a dumbbell in line with my shoulders) - 10 reps per side
⠀
4️⃣heel touches into straight leg toe touches - 8 reps
⠀
5️⃣mountain climbers - 30 secs
⠀
🔁repeat 2-3 rounds
