haven't trained for a full week, and didn't skip a meal to compensate for that🌿💜 I ate donuts and froyo and chocolatey treats.

I also drank plenty of aqua and I ate spinach about every day.

life got busy, and training wasn't convenient. but my health always is. and lucky for me, that includes an array of things outside of the gym:

like washing my makeup off at night
and writing down my thoughts to give them space and attention🌻
⠀
I kept my water bottle full
and sourced my vitamin D by sunlight🌞 ⠀
I read
I laughed
and I stretched!👏🏼

⠀
💜a reminder to you and myself that this is a lifestyle! I did miss the feeling of workout out (it's a therapy to me) but I have so much peace knowing that these activities are not a part of my identity. I don't crumble in their absence💪🏼

I'm still strong and rooted in self-love, workout or no workout🌻
