I live here with my one-in-a-trillion fiancé @ryanhooseman and the sweetest pupperooni @worldbyatlas 🌍 ⠀ I'm half introvert and half extrovert. I love and need my alone time - filled with books, solo coffee dates, and simply being in my own company📖☕️that serves as my fuel to actually go out and be social 🥳 ⠀ I started sharing my fitness journey and recovery from an eating disorder back in 2014. It was a really hard time in my life. I was both trying to overcome anorexia, while dealing with the grief of tragically losing my brother. life was so dark, but the distress of my past made me who I am today. I simply choose to continue to shine my brother’s light in the things I do, and make him the proudest he can be. this is why I find fitness so therapeutic to me💜 ⠀ but working out is not all I love doing! when I'm not dabbling with dumbbells, I love thrift shopping, visiting floral boutiques, driving to new dog parks with atlas, and drinking allll the coffee! 💐🐾🌞 ⠀ hmmm I think that suffices as a good intro! ☺️maybe i'll do an updated Q+A on my YouTube channel though?? ⠀ outfit is by @Boohoo!
