Sarah Ramadanさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Sarah RamadanInstagram)「hello hello! 💜 some thoughts brought by a spontaneous road trip + a latte in hand ↓ ☕️🌾 ⠀ 🌸The more I delve into my version of health, the less I think of my body🌸 ⠀ and that includes both negative + positive thoughts. yes I have stretch marks, bumps on my skin, and very metabolically expensive quads that demand many snacks. but I don’t think about my body all too much anymore. ⠀ and I think that’s a very good thing💜because then, it starts to bear little weight on my world. ⠀ I can *move on* from discussing what I look like and the meaning associated to my frame. and instead, I can find meaning elsewhere, and give the ground I stand on a little more depth🌻 ⠀ so in sum, the way I look isn’t the pinnacle of my week. Body positive days don’t decide my mood. And I’m getting to water this garden of a life in more ways than one🌿🍃🌷🌻 ⠀ just something I’ve been thinking about.
