Worth. Value. Respect.
What are you worth? What do you value? How much respect do you demand?

Here’s what I think about that after many years of personal growth.
_
I’m priceless and not for sale. I’m worth more than any dollar sign and I’ll never be bought.
_
I value a pure heart, integrity, transparency, peace, kindness, consistency, grace and grit.
_
As much as I’ve learned to respect myself is how much I can expect other people to respect me. If I stand for behavior that is below what I’m worth or if my motivations aren’t pure, I lose my self-respect and no one can restore that but me.
_
Headstand took me nearly a year of toppling over before I could finally balance. Along the way I thought I was worthless and treated myself without respect. Now, I didn’t earn my worth by balancing on my head. But I did wake up to the self-evident, inmate truth of my worth somewhere along the way. The journey itself is the destination because of what you learn along the way.
