Consistent, persistence practice is the key that success. There is no miracle, it's up to you to put in the work. 3. Handstand isn't about brute force, it's about finding the most efficient movement pattern and making small adjustments every day to get closer to the ideal. Perfection is unattainable, but try anyway. Find ease, flow, and forgiveness with each breath. 4. Treat the body and the movement as a whole. Move with awareness, sensitivity and subtlety. Don't hit it too hard. 5. Find a teacher. Be a student. Learn from the best. Have a humble heart and a teachable spirit. Don't be afraid to get it wrong. Somewhere along the way you'll get it right.
