Ready. Fire. Aim. That might seem a bit out of order, but sometimes you'll just never have it all perfectly lined up. Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith and trust that it's going to be ok. Waiting for things to be just perfect can be a perpetual excuse to never move forward and try something. Think about learning to speak a foreign language. If you're afraid to make a mistake you'll never open your mouth. But if you're willing to stumble and fall you'll end up walking, running and jumping before you know it. Perfectionism is its own trap. If you wait for things to be perfect, check all the boxes and try to control it all you'll end up stagnant and caught in a cage of your own desires. We are never absolutely perfect by rational standards. But we are human, which is perfectly imperfect, whole and complete. Happiness isn't a mathematical computation. Success isn't a zero sum equation. So smile a little, let go a little. And have faith. Once you set that arrow in motion it doesn't belong to you anymore. Everything soars on the wings of Grace so all we can ever really do is turn it all over in complete, total and utterly expectant faith. ?
