Day 23 #backtobackbends is Handstand Splits. This open leg handstand is the perfect place to find extension through the hips to deepens your backbend. Getting stable here leads the way to many other handstands. Suck the belly in and avoid collapsing into the lower back. Reach outward with the legs and keep the quads engaged.
